JJ TCG – Pre-Order (PO) Terms & Conditions Untitled title
Due to high demand and limited distributor allocation for Pokémon TCG products, all pre-orders are subject to the following terms:
📌 1. Allocation Policy
All pre-orders are not guaranteed and are subject to distributor allocation.
The quantity allocated may be significantly lower than the quantity ordered.
Allocation will be calculated according to the percentage supplied by the distributor and applied only to each customer’s order quantity.
JJ TCG’s own inventory and orders will not be included in the customer allocation calculation.
Any fractional allocation may be rounded down to the nearest available saleable unit.
Example: If you pre-order one case or less and the distributor allocation results in less than one saleable unit, your allocation will be zero.
💳 2. Deposit and Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for every pre-order item.
An order is only recorded after the deposit has been received.
Once the final allocation is confirmed, the remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If JJ TCG cannot fulfil your order due to insufficient distributor allocation, all payments made for the unfulfilled quantity will be refunded in full.
❌ 3. Customer Cancellation
Customer cancellation is not permitted once the deposit has been paid.
Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels, changes their mind or fails to complete payment.
Market-price changes are not accepted as a reason for cancellation.
💰 4. Pricing
Pre-order prices are valid until the stated closing date.
Orders placed after the closing date may be subject to revised pricing.
Prices will remain unchanged after confirmation unless JJ TCG receives an official price adjustment from the authorised distributor.
If an official price adjustment occurs, customers will be informed before the remaining balance is collected.
🚚 5. Estimated Time of Arrival
All stated arrival dates are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing, distributor release schedules, shipping, customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund or compensation.
📦 6. Product Condition
Minor imperfections to the outer packaging or shrink wrap caused by manufacturing or shipping are considered normal and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
JJ TCG cannot guarantee card centering, print quality, grading results, product contents or pull rates.
Any serious damage or missing products must be reported with a complete unboxing video.
⚠️ 7. Market Risk
Pokémon TCG products are subject to market fluctuations and may increase or decrease in value after release.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this market risk.
JJ TCG will not cancel, refund or adjust an order because the market price has decreased.
📢 8. Final Allocation and Amendments
JJ TCG reserves the right to determine the final allocation based on the quantity received from the authorised distributor.
JJ TCG may update these terms when necessary. Any changes affecting a confirmed order will be communicated to the customer.
All allocation, fulfilment and refund decisions will be handled fairly according to these terms and the actual stock received.
By placing a pre-order and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
